4th job is so glitchy... Either the NPC for the advancement is missing or doesnt work or the skills just dont work.
I (a Dark Knight) only got 3 skills with my 4th job.
I cant put any skillpoints into them either, they are stuck at level 0.
This glitch needs to be fixed.

Is it fixed for all classes?
(Edit: It seems like the server restart did not fix the fourth job skills for Bishop)
